Practice History - Children's Medical Center
Children's Medical Center started in 1992 when Drs. Thomas Hennessy, Dean Fauber, "Dino" Pantages and James Dwyer combined their existing practices into one location in Palm Harbor. This location continues to be our anchor office on US 19. It has grown from four practicing physicians to our current twenty one. Our management teams also work at this location.

In 1995, we opened our first satellite office in Trinity on old SR 54. A year later, we moved to Little Road. During this period, we grew from one full-time practice to five physician practices. July of 2008, we moved our office to a new facility on SR 54 just east of the entrance to Longleaf.

In 2004, we opened our Westchase office. Their current location is on Racetrack Road. Christine Armstrong, Dean Fauber, Lisa Cronin and Khan Adnan (Dr. Addy) are our anchors for this office. We are currently seeing patients there Monday through Saturday.

In 2017, we opened our Lutz office. Their current location is on State Road 54, in the Willow Bend Towne Center. Dr. Christine Booth is our anchor for this office. We are currently seeing patients there Monday through Friday.
