Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced administrative support and financial reporting.
  • Lead vendor management and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize office operations and provide more comprehensive support to project managers.
  • Create graphs and charts for financial reporting related to sales or net revenue for the
  • Run Vantagepoint reports for Area or Department Leader.
  • Obtain competitive bids from contractors for major purchases and maintenance of corporate facilities, such as telephone equipment, HVAC systems, alarm systems, and new building projects.
  • Provide administrative tracking for all vendors and the landlord, facilities department, or office building manager for your office.
  • Oversee maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 15-years of progressively responsible experience supporting fast-paced teams
    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability in keyboarding skills, note-taking, and transcribing
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, project management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of confidential information are required.
  • Advanced writing skills that exhibit a high level of command of the English language (both written and verbal), as well as proficiency in integrated computer software applications and internet/intranet communications and research
  • Experience writing SOP's for a team/office
