RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement MRO policies and procedures to guide and improve plant maintenance planning activities.
• Implement and improve consistent operational processes, procedures and training.
• Budget and Cost Management.
• Inventory utilization and turns to drive just in time (JIT) availability of spare parts.
• Create and implement MRO policies and procedures to improve maintenance planning and activities.
• Track maintenance metrics like expenses, equipment reliability, and inventory utilization.
• Provide training to maintenance planners and assist in creating job plans to extend equipment life.
• Identify new vendor opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Manufacturing Industry experience.
• APICS, CPIM, ASQ LSSBB, SMRP, or CMRP preferred.
• Possess strong proficiency in MRO best practices, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and effectively utilizes knowledge.
• Ensuring efficiency.
• Know and understand the relationship between daily operations and supply chain.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills.
• Lead and coach team to solve problems.
