  • Provide exceptional service to patients and families, ensuring a welcoming, friendly environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely booking for patients.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and financial arrangements.
  • Process insurance claims and verify coverage, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle multiple administrative duties including managing patient records, phone calls, and emails.
  • Utilize your understanding of dental procedures and terminology to assist patients and staff in a variety of ways.
  • Utilize dental software (Dentrix), Microsoft Excel, and Word to manage patient data, reports, and office documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a smoothly run office.
  Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  • A passion for providing top-tier service and creating positive experiences for families.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to collaborate with a team while maintaining a positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Understanding of dental insurance policies, billing, and claims processing is a plus.
