Operational Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, timely prescription processing, and high-quality patient care.
- Regularly evaluate pharmacy operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment to encourage teamwork and maintain morale.
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Licensure: OH State licensure as a pharmacist.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compounding pharmacy leadership (supervisor/manager role).

- Non-sterile medications compounded: capsules, creams, gels, ointments, lotions, and pellets.
- Sterile medications compounded: eye medications and injections (IVs).
