Office Manager

River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania. We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services. Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve.

River Therapies is hiring a temporary Office Manager! This position has the potential to continue after 1 month of employment on a part-time basis. Hours of employment are Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm. Your role will be to complete front office duties while maintaining a positive working atmosphere in the outpatient clinic setting!

As a member of the therapy department, you will work with other therapeutic staff for the betterment of each patient and family that we serve!

What You Will Do:

• answering the phone 
• scheduling patients via the EMR system 
• coordinating information to the treating therapists (PT, OT, and/or SLP) in the pediatric outpatient clinic 
• assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming front entry environment for patients and their families 

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• excellent communication skills

• professional and positive work ethic

• passion for the field of pediatric therapy services

• skillful use of technology services such as computers, fax/copy machines, online scheduling systems
