Key Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing phone communications and providing excellent client service.
• Collaborating with various legal teams to facilitate client interactions.
• Engaging with clients and potential new clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Operating live internet chat to assist and guide online inquiries.
• Performing conflict checks to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
• Scheduling and connecting clients with appropriate attorneys.
• Additional responsibilities as required to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
