We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Field Operations Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of Hospital Sales Account Managers. These professionals are responsible for building strong relationships with key hospital accounts and educating healthcare providers on a critical treatment portfolio.

The Field Operations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the field sales team and internal leadership, ensuring operational excellence and successful project execution. You will guide, coach, and support the team to exceed expectations, foster collaboration, and maintain compliance in all sales-related activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the point of contact for field-based representatives and managers as well as internal and client stakeholders, providing performance updates and operational guidance
  • Support sales representatives with territory management, administrative processes, HR policies, and time/expense reporting
  • Design and manage team business plans, performance KPIs, development goals, and reporting in line with strategic objectives
  • Ensure financial oversight including invoicing, sales fee tracking, and expense analysis
  • Collaborate on recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members
  • Deliver performance management and coaching to drive team effectiveness
  • Coordinate training, meetings, and strategic planning sessions
  • Attend leadership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies

What You Need for This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in sales operations or people leadership
  • Previous hospital/institutional sales experience required
  • Strong understanding of hospital market dynamics and account-based sales strategies
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results across large territories
