A banking employer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join their team in Middletown, CT. This position is open because they need additional support for the ServiceNow system as they work to maintain and continue building out standard modules, while also providing enhancements to enable further usage and adoption on both the IT and business sides of the company. The ServiceNow Administrator should have previously utilized and administered the ServiceNow platform within a mature environment from a mid-size to large company. They will be responsible for group management including adding users to groups, maintaining group roles, and creating new groups ad hoc. They will handle access management including bulk table imports, user access mappings, job roles, application roles, and modify application roles and job roles. They will be responsible for data updates, user management, vendor employee administration including updating vendor contract details. They will also be involved in both UAT and reporting, and will run through manual test scripts, create ad hoc reports, edit report permissions, and create scheduled reports. This resource will work directly with users and will need to answer questions, catalog items to submit, access reviews. They will create quick reference guides and user documentation for processes, and may need to pull evidence for audits as needed.
