Commercial Roofing Operations Manager Needed!

We are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a talented Operations Leader to their team!

Duties:

• Daily Operational Planning
• Lead scheduling and assignment of field staff
• Oversee communication to the team on scheduling locations
• Customer Communication
• Primarily responsible for communicating daily scheduling with customers
• Ensure operational customer updates are sent out as determined by the team and in a format that meets company standards
• Oversight and InsightResponsible for tracking daily progress on production work
• Implement technology solutions to improve daily and weekly reporting
• Warehouse Management
• Manage internal warehousing process to align with daily operations
• Optimize scheduling to improve efficiency with company vehicle usage and tracking
• Internal Operations
• Create reporting for and lead weekly operational planning meetings
• Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Serve as a key bridge between departments for real time insight on performance and areas of growth and focus

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of Operations experience
• Experience and Knowledge with Commercial Roofing
• Experience working with large company revenues
