Key Responsibilities Senior Leadership & Administrative Support- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements for executive leaders.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and document distribution.
- Support executives with administrative tasks such as report generation, correspondence review, and data organization.
- Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance needs.
- Handle procurement tasks, including supply ordering and expense tracking.
- Maintain security protocols, including managing access badges and office entry procedures.
- Organize company events, executive visits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and key business documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for critical business functions.
- Support financial processes such as budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and reconciliation of company expenses.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align operational priorities.
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant or senior administrative role within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with business applications such as SAP and expense management software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
