We are looking for a motivated, organized, self-sufficient, and outgoing receptionist to join our team. You will be the first person our customer interacts with on the phone and must be able to restore peace of mind when they are going through a catastrophic event that has caused damage to their home and/or belongings.
Job responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Take messages and communicate those messages to the appropriate party in a timely manner
- Provides callers with basic company information such as address, phone number, and fax number
- Data Entry of timesheets into QuickBooks and Sheets
- Taking new job/lead information
- Mailing and Filing
Job requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Google Apps (particularly Sheets)
- Familiar with Google Drive
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
