Job Description:
Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers looking to place a new order or ask product related questions.
Will assist with any general administrative duties in the office and help check visitors in.
This person must be comfortable sitting at the front desk and answering calls and talking to customers in person.
Answer incoming calls to main line for building for phone extensions
Greet visitors in a friendly, professional way.
Follow up on order status, back order expediting, shipping discrepancies, and missing documents
Filing and organizing sales orders, invoices, and customer's correspondence when needed
Extensive contact with all levels of management, sales staff, other departments and customers
Work Environment:
Must be comfortable working at a desk in the office by the front door
Monday - Friday Hours are between 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) or 8:30am - 5:30pm

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
