The Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Technology Officer is responsible for providing administrative support for the CTO and providing organizational support to the Global Technology Organization.
This position is part of the technology office and will be onsite position based at our Chaska, Minnesota facility though we may consider a remote work arrangement in close proximity to another Beckman Coulter facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide administrative support including heavy complex calendar management, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, office supply orders, data entry and special projects as assigned.
Manage team distribution lists, MS Teams channels, and organizational charts. Support onboarding and offboarding of associates by configuring accounts and ordering equipment/supplies.
Assist with the management of large meetings by preparing agendas, preparing briefing materials, along with documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Assist in the management of external vendor relationships by onboarding suppliers, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices.
Collaborate and coordinate with Executive Assistants of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Operating Company (OpCo). Support site activities including workshops, kaizen events and executive visits. Further provide backup support for other Executive Assistants and/or facilities personnel as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma with 6+ years of administrative assistance supporting high-level executives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization. Must have knowledge in Windows and MS Office, which includes Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize and apply sound judgment, and be able to juggle multiple demands simultaneously, requiring excellent attention to detail and commitment to perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.

The hourly range for this role is $23.00 - $41.00 per hour . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
