Description:
Knowledge of accounts payable procedures. Responsible for accounts payable, purchase orders and verification of the availability of funds. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Systems 3000, office technology including computers, printers, scanners, and related software (word processing, databases and spreadsheets). Ability to perform mathematical computations and financial reconciliations. Able to work indpendently in a fast-paced school environment.
Location:
This position will start in the Business Office until fully trained, then will move to South Brunswick High School.
Experience:
School experience preferred.
