Veterinary Receptionist

Willow Brook Animal Hospital in Desoto, TX is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and service to our clients and their beloved pets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate attitude
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with client education on preventive care and treatment plans
• Handling patient check-ins and check-outs
• Managing medical records and billing

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of Idexx Cornerstone Software is a plus
• Spanish speaker is a plus
