The Project Administrator assists the Project Manager with the administration of construction projects. 

Administration of projects includes providing reports and information to the Project Manager as well as coordinating contract, invoicing and preliminary lien notification and lien release documentation with subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment vendors using Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat.  The projects are setup in Sage Timberline Accounting system.  This position requires a high volume of data entry.

Qualifications should include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat and general clerical skills such as scanning, photocopying and filing.   Construction office experience and knowledge of Sage Timberline Construction Accounting is an asset but not required.

This position is for a construction company that has been providing general contractor services to commercial and industrial clients for over 75 years.
