The Permanent Mission of Monaco is looking for a french/english bilingual secretary from 07/01. Priority will be given to well organized and flexible candidates. Candidates who do not speak English and French will not be considered.
Tasks description :
- Provide secretarial support to the Mission (mail registration, telephone reception, archiving, calendar management);
- Contribute to the organization of events (database updates, sending invitations and managing RSVPs, welcoming guests, liaising with service providers);
- Handle administrative management of the Mission (receiving packages, preparing for official visits, maintaining premises (requesting cleaning, watering plants, etc.), supply management).
Required skills :
Previous experience in secretarial work and proficiency in Microsoft office tools ;
- Languages: strong level of English (reading/writing/speaking) and native-level proficiency in French (reading/writing/speaking) ;
- Precision, method, and good organizational skills;
- Teamwork abilities;
- Responsiveness, availability, and adaptability;
- Confidentiality and discretion;
- Experience with the United Nations or a Permanent Mission would be an asset.
Special conditions :
- On-site presence required (no remote work possible);
- Working hours: 40 hours per week;
- Flexible hours depending on emergencies and events.
