The Director of Grants Management supports program leadership in grant implementation and management, including monitoring fiscal and performance trends and developing contingency plans. Responsibilities include leading grant implementation and quarterly utilization meetings, implementing processes and procedures related to grants management, and advising program leadership. This role involves management-level decision-making, program planning, and inter-agency coordination.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in the Health and human services field, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
Preferences: Master’s Degree
Eight (8) years of Experience in Grant Management and/or program leadership experience, including use of grants management database or programmatic management
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
